Pacific Towers is a fully serviced structure that will be with equipped with state of the art facilities to harness and re use the energy around it thereby saving on consumption of energy.

Floor level distribution

The 20 floors in the structure shall be located such that the commercial areas don’t interact directly with the residential areas.

The commercial areas shall be on the lower levels of the structure, the residential area in the higher levels while the recreational floor would be in between both the recreational and residential areas to serve as the middle ground.

The Pacific Towers is equipped with 4 state of the art elevators, to move the people and goods from level to level.

Car Parking

Car parking is on the ground, around the site & 1st floor of the structure. We have a total of 78 car parks within the main site while provision would be made for another 50 in a multi-storey structure out side the main building.
The suspended floors within the building parks 41 cars while the surrounding area parks 37 cars.
Parking within the structure (the suspended parking levels) would be for the residents and visitors only while the multi-storey parking would be for the offices.
